Virginia became a member of Cross of Glory shortly after the church
moved into the current home in 2001. She has been on staff at Cross of
Glory since June 2006 and is the person that you will see on Sunday
morning hanging out in the back of the worship area and she prepares the
bulletin. She is also a teacher assistant in The Welcome Place Preschool
for the 3 year olds that is located at the church. Virginia and her
husband, Kent live in Crest Hill.
Growing up and attending college in Minnesota, Virginia's retail
management career moved her to Illinois in 1984 and has been married to
Kent since 1986. Virginia had spent many years in the retail
industry with Kmart, Kohl’s and Target. Apparel Management and Guest
Service Management were her specialties.
